About 30 sixth graders from Hartford Memorial Middle School in Vermont advocated in favor of a bill to provide all public school students with free school meals to their state lawmakers. "A lot of kids are not eating lunch because they can't afford it,' said student Chuck Looby. "And that's not a good thing. It's kind of unfair."
