MdSNA and your local SNA chapter bring to you:
BE A LEADER... NO TITLE REQUIRED
U
nlock the hidden leader in you! Leadership is an action, not a position, titles are not required to reflect personal leadership qualities. Few people are le
aders. We learn to emulate leadership traits watching others. Learning comes from making mistakes, seeking solutions and lending a helping hand. When it comes right down to it, leaders really don’t need titles, they need to build on these traits: courage, accountability, honesty, communication and collaboration.
Professional Standard Key Area 3: Administration; Human Resources and Staff Management; 3400 Human Resources and Staff Training.
This workshop is a great opportunity to obtain professional training and CEU’s, and to network and learn with peers. PLUS—hear the latest from one of our food industry partners.
