School Nutrition magazine sent K-12 operators (our "Secret Shoppers") into the Exhibit Hall at this year's Annual National Conference in Denver, Colo., to scope out their favorite K-12 products on the show floor. These volunteers represented districts and schools from Portland, Ore., to central Florida. Armed with the knowledge of what kids crave and what solutions schools need, they brought back their top picks for 2023.
