Colo. voters to decide on universal school meals

Colorado residents will vote next month on whether they want the state to provide all students with free school meals regardless of families' income level. Proposition FF would fund the approximately $100 million cost of a universal school meal program by limiting the amount that people earning more than $300,000 a year can deduct from their state taxes.
