In South Carolina, State Sen. Katrina Shealy pre-filed legislation that would require eligible schools to offer breakfast and lunch at no cost to all students. In New Mexico, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced she will pursue state legislation to provide free school meals for all students.
