Minn. SNA conference embraces universal school meals

More than 650 school nutrition professionals gathered at the Minnesota School Nutrition Association's 66th Annual Conference, coinciding with the recent implementation of the state's new law providing free school breakfast and lunch to all students. The event highlights strategies to enhance meal options, improve nutrition and create an ideal learning environment while addressing the state's $400-million investment in the initiative.
