Nutrition educators and experts will join anti-hunger advocates, health care professionals, lawmakers, government officials and members of the public Wednesday at a White House summit on hunger. Panel discussions will cover food as medicine, and childhood nutrition and equity, among other topics, and working groups will "collaborate and identify actions they will take individually and collectively to help achieve the goal of ending and reducing diet-related diseases," according to the White House.
