In the latest SN Plus digital article, "Breakfast Buy-in," we highlight a recent study from the Journal of Child Nutrition & Management that identified how future elementary school teachers initially felt about Breakfast in the Classroom (BIC) and how a simple, five-minute educational video changed their perceptions of the program in a positive way, helping them see the value of BIC and feel more confident about implementing it in their own future classrooms.
