Nev. students compete in school meal cooking challenge

The Healthy Meals Summit in Las Vegas featured a cooking competition where Nevada's Clark County School District students created budget-friendly, nutritious school meals. Rancho High School student Prinz Villagracia's culturally inspired Thai tofu tacos won the challenge, which was organized by the USDA and Action for Healthy Kids. The event also focused on the USDA's financial support for schools to overcome budgetary challenges in providing nutritious meals.
