School district in Minn. addresses food allergy safety

Anoka-Hennepin Schools has implemented strict measures to avoid cross-contamination to ensure that students with food allergies feel included and safe. These measures include using separate containers, clean cutting boards and dedicated ovens when available, shared Noah Atlas, the district's child nutrition director.
