Lawmakers in North Dakota are considering legislation to provide all students with school breakfast and lunch at no charge, as flagged by the North Dakota Monitor. Meanwhile, Arkansas has taken a step in the right direction and just passed legislation that will make free school breakfast available to all students regardless of household income.
