Some New York state farmers are advocating to begin serving whole milk in schools again for the first time since the Obama administration limited schools to serving skim and low-fat options. Legislation being considered by the US Congress, the "Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act," also would ease milk restrictions for schools.
