Missouri Rep. Brian Seitz, R-Branson, plans to propose legislation that would allow every public-school student in the state to receive free breakfasts and lunches. Another bill introduced by Sen. Angela Mosley, D-Florissant, would create a state Universal School Meals Fund to pay for school meal costs not reimbursed by the federal government.
