Florida state Sen. Lori Berman has introduced a bill to provide free breakfast and lunch to all 2.8 million public school students in the state, regardless of family income. Berman said the change would reduce stigma, while state Sen. President Ben Albritton expressed concerns about eliminating income qualifications.
