North Dakota state Rep. Dawson Holle has introduced a bill to allow whole milk in schools, citing health benefits and potential positive effects for dairy farmers. The bill, which has the support of the North Dakota Farmers Union and the Milk Producers Association of North Dakota, passed out of the House Agriculture Committee last week.
