10M pounds of meat products recalled due to listeria threat

Nearly 10 million pounds of pre-cooked meat and poultry products sold in major retailers across the country have been recalled due to the threat of listeria contamination, according to the USDA. BrucePac ready-to-eat poultry, which may be found in salads, pre-packaged and frozen meals sold at stores including Walmart, Target and Trader Joe's should be thrown away or returned to the seller, the USDA recommends in a 326-page document listing all affected products.
