According to a poll conducted by Food Safety Magazine, in 2025, food processors will prioritize improving sanitation and environmental monitoring to enhance pathogen control. Emphasis will also be placed on strengthening food safety culture and traceability, with compliance to FSMA 204 and supply chain control being key focus areas. Processors also express a desire for better communication and understanding from regulators, particularly in practical challenges faced on the plant floor.
