Bettina Applewhite, a school nutrition professional in Baltimore County Public Schools, is competing on Bravo's "Top Chef Amateurs" television show. Applewhite, who also runs a cooking blog, is paired with a past "Top Chef" contestant for the competition, which airs tonight.
