Report: Climate, health concerns linked to food choices

Climate change and health concerns are top of mind for consumers when they're making food choices, according to the
2022 Plant-Forward Opportunity report Datassential released at the Culinary Institute of America's 10th annual Menus of Change conference. Twenty-one percent of survey respondents reported plans to trim more meat from their diets, 57% aim to add more fruits and vegetables, and 39% said they're choosing plant-based options for digestive health.
