2008 SPRING EDUCATION WORKSHOPS
This spring the Maryland School Nutrition Association, in conjunction with the Maryland State Department of Education, will hold its annual education workshops. Whether you are the person on the front line or the one serving the front line, you touch customers. Everyone serving internal or external customers needs these fundamental skills! You will learn how to re-energize your staff with the required skills for excellent customer service.
The cost of the workshop is $2 and is payable by cash or check at the door.
For your convenience, this workshop will be offered four times throughout the state. Please select the location and date that is best for you, and then pre-register by calling the site contact listed below the school name ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Each participant will receive 3 Specialized Training Hours, so be sure to bring your SNA ID number.

ADDRESS & DRIVING DIRECTIONS FOR ALL WORKSHOPS
Salisbury Middle School: From 50 West to Salisbury, bear right onto Salisbury Business, exit only. Continue to Queen Avenue. Turn left onto Queen Avenue. Turn right onto West Road. Turn left onto Morris Street. School is on the left. 607 Morris Street, Salisbury, MD 21804.
Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School: Take I-495 to Pennsylvania Ave./Rt. 4. Exit onto Pennsylvania Ave./Rt. 4 South/East, towards Upper Marlboro. Follow Pennsylvania Avenue to Ritchie-Marlboro Rd. Go to stop sign and turn left. This will be Ritchie-Marlboro Road. Follow Ritchie-Marlboro Road to Brooke Lane and turn right. Continue on Brooke Lane to school on the left at 12650 Brooke Lane, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.
South Carroll High School: Take Rt. 70 to 32 West to Rt. 26/Liberty Rd. (West). Continue 5-7 miles (over Rt. 97). School is on the right (next to Winfield Fire Hall). Or when coming from Frederick follow Rt. 26 to school. 1300 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784.
Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Tech. Center: Take I-95 to Maryland Route 5 South, toward Waldorf. Carefully follow signs to remain on Route 5. The Career and Tech. Center is located on Route 5 (also called Point Lookout Road). It will be on your right, directly across from the fairgrounds, at 24005 Point Lookout Road, Leonardtown, MD, 20650.
Francis Scott Key Elementary/Middle School: From I-95 North toward Baltimore, take exit 55 toward Key Highway/Fort McHenry. Stay straight to go to McCommas Street. Make a slight left onto East Key Highway. Make a right onto Stevenson Street. Turn left onto East Fort Avenue and follow to school at 1425 East Fort Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21230.
